Figurative fine art sculpture in Bronze and Terracotta

The “Art Walk on First Friday,” November 6, 2015, will feature Pueblo’s newest home of fine art, Gallery San Isabel and the work of Colorado Figurative Sculptor, John W. Prout. 

The grand opening of Gallery San Isabel was September 25, 2015. The Gallery is located at 2008 E. 17th Street in Pueblo. Owner, Theresa Ferg, is a Portraiture Artist.  Call (719) 252-0360 to inquire about hours of operation and openings at Gallery San Isabel.Featured artist, John Prout, has been studying and sculpting in Colorado since 1999.  See his website at www.sculpturebyjohnprout.com.

Some of the area artists John has studied and worked with include Jim Franklin of Loveland, CO.; Victor Issa, Rik Sargent, Lincoln Fox and Theresa Ferg. 

John’s life-size bronze, “Passions Embrace,” was unveiled on September, 2014 at the home of Denver District Court Judge, Kandace Gerdes, Denver, CO.

Also featured now at Gallery San Isabel is “Arrival of Saint Francis,” another of John’s life-size works.  Many other bronze sculptures are on display and may be purchased at this time.

Pictured is the sculptor, John Prout, with his (in progress) clay model of the “Spirit of Indy, 1916-2016” celebrating 100 years of the Indianapolis 500 race.
